Cape Town – Local hottie Armand Aucamp’s hit cookbook, Armand Kook Kaal, comes to the small screen when a food show by the same name starts on VIA (DStv 147) on Monday, 4 February.
In each episode Armand invites his favourite friends to join him in his kitchen and shares his top recipes and tips for following the keto diet.
The show airs Mondays at 17:30 with repeats on Saturdays at 15:30.
Armand’s low-carb cookbook was such a hit that even the banting guru himself, Professor Tim Noakes, gave him the thumbs up: “Without a doubt one of the best low-carb cookbooks in the world. Armand is pushing boundaries!”
With its sexy title the book hopes to strip away the complexities of meal time and instead provide simple low-carb solutions without any frills.
