DStv and Virgin Active have partnered together to bring viewers workouts designed by the very best instructors and fitness experts from around the world.

People may not be able to get to a gym to train, so DStv is bringing gym to you, giving you easy-to-follow workouts ranging from high intensity, that will make you sweat, to more mindful, restorative practice to feed your soul.

From Thursday 16 April the workouts will be broadcast daily on SuperSport Blitz (DStv 200), at 08:00 and 17:00.

In the first workout Ceri Hannan and Bongo Ntlokwana, two Virgin Active coaches, will guide viewers through some mobility flows and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) routines.

Each workout is designed to cater to any level of fitness, with the progression or regression of each movement demonstrated so that participants can work out according to their ability and fitness level.

The workouts are also available on DStv Catch Up and Showmax.
