Meet the new Charmed sisters

Cape Town – Holly Marie Combs' campaign against the Charmed reboot hasn’t stopped the CW from going ahead with the show. 

The network released an extended trailer for the show at the upfront on Thursday.

Much like the original the series follows the lives of three sisters, but with some plot twists. 

After the tragic death of their mother Mel (Melonie Diaz) and Maggie Vera (Sarah Jeffery) discover they have a half-sister Macy (Madeleine Mantock) and that they are witches. 

Their Whitelighter/guardian angel, Harry Greenwood (Rupert Evans) guides and protects the sisters as they discover their powers.
