Modern Family renewed for two more seasons

Cape Town – Modern Family has been renewed for two more seasons.

The Emmy award winning show remains the top comedy on the ABC network.

According to The Hollywood Reporter the cast members have each scored a pay increase. 

"Modern Family has been the centerpiece of our comedy brand for eight seasons and we are thrilled to have it on our schedule for two more years," said Channing Dungey ABC Entertainment president.

The two seasons will have a 22 episode run.
