Cape Town – Forget Netflix and chill, binge-watching a show is now serious business.

Especially if you are watching your new favourite series with a significant other or a friend. With all the episodes of shows available to view at once, there is always the temptation to go ahead without your viewing partner when you have some free time.

While another survey found that most South Africans choose their pets as their binge-watching buddies.

Netflix has now put together a co-watching contract that will make things binding.

The streaming service shared the contract on their social media platforms. The terms of conditions include: "I won't continue watching a show without the other person present. I won't fall asleep, and I won't get distracted by my phone causing the other person to rewind because I missed something."
