The sand in the hourglass has finally run out for Days of Our Lives

Johannesburg - We’ve been waiting for SABC3’s July schedules for a while now to see how their proposed 80-90% local content quota will affect programming going forward.

The schedule has just been made available to the press for the very first time and it looks like we’re in for some big changes on SABC3, the biggest being that the channel is dropping long-running soapie Days Of Our Lives in the 17:00 timeslot from 20 July but is keeping The Bold And The Beautiful

Another biggie is that High Rollers is going to be broadcast 5 days a week from 4 July, instead of Monday-Wednesday.

tvplus has scoured the schedule and put together this handy review of the July SABC3 schedule changes. Readers can see the full, revised schedule as of Wednesday 6 July in our upcoming 6 July issue, as the new schedules were not available at the time of going to print with our current 22 June issue.
