Talk the Thrones is back again after its 7th season moved to The Ringer, with weekly episodes released on Twitter and then on YouTube right after Game of Thrones episodes are broadcast. A panel of experts once again discuss, analyse, dissect and speculate about what they've seen in the latest episode and what it all means.
Chris Ryan is back, this time with Mallory Rubin and Jason Concepcion who were guest panellists in previous seasons. If you like Game of Thrones, you will very likely enjoy the very deep dive and highly-informed Talk the Thrones discussion.
THE NIGHT'S WATCH
The South African blogger Lelo Boyana has started a Game of Thrones podcast, The Night’s Watch as an Apple Podcast, featuring Pearl Boshomane-Tsotetsi and Thabang Phetla. Lelo didn’t watch Game of Thrones before but caught up by binge-watching the series, with Thabang Phetla who has read the book and is able to add a lot of background context and insight to TV scenes.
A CAST OF KINGS
American entertainment writer David Chen and Joanna Robinson who is a contributor for Vanity Fair, do the A Cast of Kings podcast. They’re incredibly knowledgeable about the show, and George R.R. Martin’s densely-packed book series and their witty and hugely informative podcast series is a must-listen-to enhance your Game of Thrones viewing experience.
