The show features experts, offers advice and covers an array of health topics such as HIV and Aids, heart disease, diabetes, mental and sexual health, pregnancy, medical aid and medical insurance.

Viewers are given the opportunity to call in or SMS live on the show and share their medical concerns and questions. Dr Victor’s vibrant, positive, energetic and compassionate nature makes him the perfect host for the studio based chat show. The show takes the viewer on a journey to explore the latest cutting-edge developments and innovations in medicine, nutrition and fitness. The aim of the informative weekly medical show is to try to educate and give health advice to viewers. Viewers share their state of health and stories about overcoming illnesses. In return, they get expert medical advice from a panel of guests.

Although health is a very serious issue in its nature, Dr Victor has a great sense of humour which comes across on the show. He makes jokes in-between discussions to balance things out. Many viewers can relate to Dr Victor as he is fluent in various languages. Every week, he has a different guest on the show, whether it’s a plastic surgeon, chairperson of a medical board or celebrities. Recently the show focused on responsible alcohol consumption, the importance of drinking water regularly, anti-aging innovation for women and the importance of taking extra care of the young ones, making sure they are always safe.
