WATCH: Anne Hirsch gives a guided tour of the Bake Off tent

Cape Town – Ready, steady, bake! It's almost time for the second season of the Great South Africa Bake Off. 

On Tuesday, 18 October a fresh batch of amateur bakers will enter the Bake Off tent to become SA's next great baker.

Viewers usually get to see the finished product and not much of what goes on behind-the-scenes.
