WATCH: Netflix’s new show The Innocents is a shape-shifting supernatural drama

Cape Town - Netflix this weekend premiered a new young adult centred supernatural drama.  

The Innocents, created and written by Hania Elkington and Simon Duric, stars Sorcha Groundsell (June) and Percelle Ascott (Harry) as the star-crossed lovers who run away from home to start a life of their own. 

However during their escape the young lovers’ plans get derailed by an extraordinary discovery - June’s ability to shape-shift.

The show also stars Guy Pearce as Halvorson.
