WATCH: Olympic skier Gus Kenworthy gives college student courage to come out to his parents

Cape Town – American TV host Ellen DeGeneres has launched an exciting new Facebook web series titled, Fearless.

The show, which airs on Facebook and is hosted by American model Ashley Graham, is all about giving people the confidence they need to do something brave.

Ashley is a body positive activist and has accomplished amazing stuff in her life, but she says it wasn’t always easy.

"Ashley is helping people struggling with their own confidence issues to rally the courage to rise above, take the next step and become unapologetically fearless," the show's bio reads.

In the latest episode that went live on Facebook on Wednesday night, Olympic freestyle skier Gus Kenworthy helps a 20-year-old college student to tell his parents that he’s gay.

Gus came out on the cover of ESPN magazine and offered advise to John on finally having the courage to be his true-self to his parents.
