What it’s about: Safta-winning host Thembisa Mdoda fronts this female empowerment reality show. Every week Thembisa and a celebrity guest challenge themselves to a gruelling task to prove that they are more than just a pretty face. From snake wrangling to bungee jumping to K9 dog training – there's no challenge too tough.
What we thought: This unique concept for a reality show is both entertaining and inspirational. It takes celebrities out of their comfort zones and gives viewers a bit of deeper insight into who their favourite personalities are and in some cases these challenges make them face their fears. It also shows off some of the amazing adrenaline pumping activities that is out there to try if you have an adventurous spirit or you just want to try something new. This is easy viewing at its best.
