A pool party and a braai on Survivor SA this week

Johannesburg - The two tribes in M-Net's Survivor South Africa: Champions are starving - and this week's reward challenge will definitely solve that problem for one of them!

Up for grabs is a good ol' braai and pool party, powered by Hunter's Dry it will provide a frosty oasis in the heart of the searing South China Sea heat. However, in the game of Survivor, such a feast often means it's time for the tribe to merge.  Is that perhaps what's awaiting the underdogs of Mark Fish's Utara and Corne Krige's superstrong Seletan, sooner than what they think?

SuperSport Presenters Carol Tshabalala and Derek Alberts are on the island to participate in the challenge. The duo will help their respective tribes during the game by being their eyes as they negotiate two tricky mazes. Each time a tribe has won the help of a champion, they've gone on to lose the immunity challenge. With each tribe getting a hand this time, Derek and Carol are set to break the Champions' Curse!

More questions remain: If there's a merge, what will happen to David, who moved over from Selatan to Utara during the tribe shuffle? Will he become a swing vote or remain loyal to his favourite captain, Mark, and his new friends? Same goes for Vel, Buhle and Solly - the former Utara members who are now loving camp Selatan. And what will happen to the mighty Rugrats once their votes are diluted?
