Survivor SA: True colours revealed in episode 8

2014-03-07 17:00
Johannesburg - Last week's tribe shuffle strengthened captain Corne's tribe when bulky sports manager Solly became part of Selatan, together with Vel and Buhle who were impressed with the much better living conditions at their new island home.

At the same time Gena and David moved over to Mark Fish's Utara, where David quickly showed his loyalty to his new team by getting involved in lifting the Hidden Immunity Idol from Gena's bag.

Will the super-strong Selatan now steamroller Utara at the challenges, or will Mark inspire his team of underdogs to pull through on team spirit and will power? And now that Gena is gone, will it remain to be a case of  “last in - first out” if Utara has to visit tribal council, or will David manage to get Marian and Shane, Utara's main schemers, to protect him? What if Selatan ends up having a bad day? Will the Rugrats pull Zavion onto their side or will they make new alliances with their new tribe members? Anything can happen!

Survivor is indeed the most unforgiving of games – with one move changing the dynamics of relationships and one slip enough to cost you Immunity. This week, bad luck puts one of the contestants in a hot spot and after two weeks of hardship people's true colours start to shine through.

Alliances are thrown into doubt, the boundaries of trust are tested and the tribes fight tooth and nail to stay in the game. Don’t miss Survivor South Africa: Champions this Sunday!
