Cape Town – The much anticipated Season 3 of the political drama The Fixer aka Scandal returns to our screens tonight.

It’s been months since the season finale so we thought we’d bring you up to speed with what happened. Here’s a recap of the top seven things you need to remember from the season two finale.

Spoiler Alert! Don't read this if you're still watching Season 2.

1. We learn that Billy Chambers is the mole and that David Rosen was working with him. Or was he? Later in the episode it is revealed hat David was playing double agent. At a press conference President Fitz thanks David for his help in finding the mole. David is now the new District Attorney.

2. Is Quinn the new Huck? Back when all the Gladiators thought Billy had the Cryton memory card Quinn and Huck head over to Billy’s apartment. Huck tries to torture Billy but cannot do it. Quinn grabs the drill from Huck and proceeds to torture Billy. Quinn enjoyed it a bit too much and says it was a ‘such a rush’. Baby Huck alert!

3. Cyrus tries to put an end to the Olivia and Fitz relationship. He tells Olivia that Fitz killed Verna and he plays the sex tape of Olivia and Jake for Fitz. Is this the end for Olivia and Fitz?

4. Jake saves Olivia’s life and kills a fellow assassin. He confesses to her that he is part of B613 and that his whole relationship with her was only a mission. He warns her that her life is in danger if she continues to have a relationship with the President. Later in the episode we see Jake being thrown into ‘the hole’. The same place Huck was tortured.

5.  Olivia and Fitz meet after learning about each other’s transgressions. She tells Fitz to go back to Mellie and to run for president. Fitz goes crawling back to Mellie.

6.  Olivia, content with starting her new life without Fitz, heads out for a run. As she exits her apartment building she is flocked by the media asking her if she had an affair with the president. Shocker! Who leaked her name?

7.  At the end of the episode we learn that the mysterious man who has made random appearances throughout the season is in fact Olivia’s dad. Rowan Pope is the head honcho of B613 and was behind the plot to have his own daughter killed. How’s that for stabbing your flesh and blood in the back.
