They've been dating for some time now, but it seems like Ryk and his reported fiancée, Sahar Biniaz, are finally ready to walk the aisle. Sahar was recently seen out and about with a well-known South African wedding dress designer. Ooh...

So, before the big day arrives, here are a couple of things you need to know, but probably didn't, about the future Mrs. Ryk Neethling.

1. She's Iranian

Born in India in 1986. Raised in Iran and now a Canadian citizen. The girl is a child of the world it seems.

2. She won Miss Universe Canada 2012

After ending as 1st runner-up in the 2008 contest, she took the crown of Miss Universe Canada in 2012! You go girl!

 3. She's an international actress

Sahar has appeared in a number of well-known TV shows including Smallville, Sanctuary and Blue Mountain.

4. She was bullied in school

Sahar was mercilessly bullied in grade 8 for not having hip enough clothing. She was even admitted into hospital after a beat down in the girls bathroom once. Shame.

5. One of her biggest dreams is to climb Mt. Everest

Maybe Ryk will take her there for their honeymoon?
