AKA returns to Twitter

Johannesburg- AKA has had a change of heart.

It seems like the rapper has had 'social media withdrawal symptoms', after announcing two weeks ago that he had handed his account over to his management.

Before making things official, AKA popped back onto the platform to let fans know that he missed the daily interaction.

"I always used my personality, humour and intelligence on Twitter to connect with people…Now media uses it to crucify me.  It just got to a point where people couldn't say anything bad about my music, so they resorted to focusing on my tweets to discredit me," he wrote.

The rapper added that he feels more respected in Nigeria than here at home in SA. Then a few hours later, AKA announced that he has decided to return to Twitter and has it "all figured out."
