X Factor SA host Andile Ncube might be on the wrong side of the law. This is after it was reported that he's been linked to a tender scandal.
According to Sowetan, Mbombela local municipality's acting general manager of community services Rasheed Charles Mutola, is facing charges of misconduct for irregularly, wrongfully and unlawfully awarding tenders to Andile's company, Blackface.
The paper reported that at just two weeks old, the company was rewarded a tender. This was on January 17, 2013. Andile has reportedly argued that Blackface was much older at the time.
The company allegedly cost the municipality R1110535. Addressing the matter, Andile told the paper: "Blackface Entertainment CC was established and registered in 2005 and that's the company involved in the Mpumalanga tender."
