Back to "daddy duty" for rapper AKA

Johannesburg - He may be one of the biggest musicians in Mzansi, winning awards around the world and touring the country.

But when his daughter Kairo developed a cough and the snivels it was time for daddy AKA to drop it all and be by her side.

With mommy, DJ Zinhle out of the country at the moment (read more about it here), it was up to AKA to take baby Kairo for her first visit to the doctor and give her a little TLC.

The visit also gave us one of our first real looks at Kairo in recent weeks and isn't she starting to look just like her daddy?
