Basetsana Kumalo reveals the launch of LoveLife academies

Johannesburg- It's no secret that Basetsana Kumalo wears many hats. 

Apart from being a renowned producer, former beauty queen and entrepreneur, Bassie is also the vice-chairperson of LoveLife SA. 

LoveLife is a non-profit organisation, which aims to educate the youth on HIV prevention. Bassie recently took to Instagram where she revealed that she is also the chairperson of the new LoveLife Leadership Academy, which is a great privilege for her. 

The organisation is currently launching academies across the country, which aims to train and upskill about 40 000 young people. 

And, Bassie is thrilled to be a part of this great venture! 

Here's what she had to say: 

One of my greatest privileges is to serve on the Board of loveLife, as the Vice Chair for the last 4 years. We are South Africa's largest youth focused HIV prevention not-for-profit organization. I am also the Chairperson of the New loveLife Leadership Academy. Last week a culmination of a vision came to fruition when we launched The loveLife Leadership Academy in PE, today we are launching the Academy in Cape Town! Next we are in KZN and then month end, we launch it in Gauteng. Our audacious goal is to by 2020 have 40 000 young people trained with skills & qualifications that enable them to access opportunities available in Further Education, Employment & Entrepreneurship!
