Big Nuz member recovering after health scare

Johannesburg - R Mashesha has had Big Nuz fans scratching their heads recently after the musician was a no-show at several of the bands shows this month. Now his absence has been explained.

According to Move, R Mashesha has been instructed by doctors to take it easy after a recent health scare that left him weak and in need of rest.

Mashesha has constantly been bullied on social media for his weight and frequent visits to the doctor, with some fans even spreading rumours that the Big Nuz member had died of AIDS.

But not to worry, the group's management says he is recovering well from his most recent health scare.

"He is recovering well at home but he also needs to take his medication seriously," Afrotainment boss, DJ Tira says. "He focuses too much on music and travelling around. He needs to put his health first."

R Mashesha's fellow Big Nuz group member, Danger, confirms that his friend is sick but says his condition "is not as bad as people make it out to be."

"I guess he needs to take it easy because he still has medication to take," Danger adds.

We bet R Mashesha wishes he was resting in Hawaii though!
