Johannesburg - A month and a half after Black Coffee released his latest album, Pieces of Me, the album has been certified platinum!
The achievement was announced at the Universal Music Showcase on Thursday night in Johannesburg, where Black Coffee recieved his plaque from music executives at Universal Music.
The album went straight to number one within three hours of its release and went gold only two weeks ago. It is believed that the album should reach double-platinum status by the end of the year.
