Cassper Nyovest: "I need to work harder next year"

Even though Cassper's had an amazing year, he reckons next year's going to be bigger and better!

Shortly after the MTV Base Hottest MCs list was revealed, Cassper seemed to reflect on what he needs to do to get to the top of the list next year.

The Phumakim star was placed 2nd, after K.O and one place ahead of AKA.

Cassper included a pretty impressive list of his accomplishments this year, which included buying a sports car, buying his mom a new home, colloborating with Talib Kweli and DJ Drama, bagging five Channel O nominations and seven Hip Hop nominations among other achievements.

However, the rapper admitted that even though he accomplished quite a lot, it wasn't enough. "This didn't get me to #1 onda #SAsHottestMCs . They gave me number 2. I need to work harder. Next year will be bigger and better. I'm soooo amped to push," he captioned the snap.
