It seems like Cassper has dealt with being snubbed by the SAMAs.
Last week when it was revealed that the Phumakim star didn't make it into the Record of the Year nominations - he was obviously incredibly angry.
Cassper demanded answers from the organisation, but is yet to receive any feedback. The rapper took to social media starting a storm over not being nominated and his fans rallied behind him.
Since then he has calmed down and has put things into perspective for himself.
"Actually man.. There are people with way more problems than me... I'm very blessed and all that we have been allowed to enjoy is fit... Love," he tweeted.
Cassper also used examples of veterans in the music industry, who have had successful careers but never got one SAMA award. The rapper believes that it's big record labels trying to control and steal artists' thunder.
"Do you guys know that Trompies does not have 1 SAMA? 1? Trompies? They were the soundtrack to our childhoods. To date, we haven't seen anything like it. Sista Bertina never won song of the year at the SAMAs but till today it makes the party go up!!!The one thing these Major labels cannot create or change is how the music makes people feel or react. Sista Bertina wasn't made by radio but by the people," he tweeted.
