Celebs to look out for in 2015

We're introduced to a new kid on the block every day.

It seems it's not that difficult to break into the entertainment industry, but a problem seems to be staying relevant. We've seen many careers being built and others, sadly, ending. But there are quite a number of new faces that we feel have a lot to offer.

Here are some of the people to look out for in 2015:

Omuhle Gela

This girl seems to know what she wants. She's currently conquering the acting scene and that's clearly not enough for her. The beauty has also carved a name for herself in the fashion industry after launching her very own range of bikinis. She'll also be starring in an e.tv drama series in 2015 and that's quite a big deal. We're certain that there's a lot coming from Omuhle in 2015.

Amanda Du Pont

She's not a newbie, but something tells us that Amanda's name is going to be all over the show in 2015. The actress and TV presenter got tongues wagging after kissing Cassper Nyovest at the Channel O Africa Music Awards in November. But we get the feeling that the nation will pay more attention to her career, and not her publicity stunts in the coming year. We're rooting for you, Amanda.

Kid X

Featuring on Caracara, one of the biggest songs of 2014, has really pushed Kid X's name. The rapper had got a lot of attention for his verse on K.O's smash hit and that must have put a lot of pressure on him. He only has two singles out and is expected to drop an album in 2015. Will he deliver? We definitely think so. We think 2015 is going to be his year.

Rolene Strauss

Our very own Rolene was crowned Miss World 2014. What better way to end the year than this great news? There's no doubt that the beauty queen will have a lot on her plate in the coming year and we're certain that she'll remain on top of her game. We can't wait to see which projects she'll be involved in and what contribution she'll be making in the world with her new title. Great things are in store for Rolene, and we're behind her 100 percent.

Denise Zimba

We think Denise will have an incredible 2015. The Vuzu TV presenter and singer is also part of the Generations: The Legacy cast. This means she's watched by millions of South Africans on weekdays and in no time, she'll become a household name. We're keeping our eyes on you, Denise!
