Charlize: "I feel like I'm being raped by the media"

How hectic is this?

Charlize says the press is so intrusive it's like being raped. Crazy comparison Charlz!

One of our fav actresses was talking to Sky News earlier this week when the conversation turned to her private life and the medias coverage of it. Looking slightly fatigued, Charlize listened to a list of  stories about herself and then was asked if she ever Googled  herself.

"I don't do that, so that's my saving grace," the star responded,  "when you start living in that world, and doing that, you start, I guess feeling raped." she said.

When asked how strongly she felt about the issue she responded: "Well, you know when it comes to your son and your private life. Maybe that's just me. Some people might relish in all that stuff but there are certain things in my life that I think of as very sacred and I am very protective over them."

Fair enough but many felt the comparison was in bad taste with some fans calling on Charlize to explain her comparison to actual rape victims.  "How stupid to comment about press intrusion the same as being raped. Makes my blood boil!!" wrote on person on social media.
