Bridget Masinga is known almost as much for her trademark long flowing locks as she is for her acting and presenting skills . That's why her fans were shocked when she took to Instagram on Monday sporting short hair.

It seems Bridget was over long hair, at least just for the day, and decided to wear it up in a faux bob that made her look like a whole new person.

She must really like the new look, she posted the caption "Short huuur don't curr! Faux bob vibing".

We think it looks gorgeous and she should definitely keep it, especially with summer and hot weather around the corner.

Could this be the start of a new hair thing for Bridget? We certainly hope so.
