Coachella's cool and crazy outfits

Coachella is one of America's biggest music and art festivals, where a ton of celebrities gather for a weekend of debauchery.

Each year, celebs and the general public come together to engage in drunkenness, weed smoking, camping, a lack of personal hygiene and lots of photography. And on the topic of photography,  Instagram was apparently down for a few hours due to the thousands of party-goers snapping away at every little thing.
