Oh dear! Comedy Central and The Gareth Cliff Show are parting ways.
There are reports that the internet radio show - which was simulcast on the DSTV channel - has failed to attract enough viewers.
Gareth Cliff's last show will be shown on Comedy Central on Monday, 30 June.
Gareth's manager Rina Brumberg told The Juice that this was a mutual decision. "It was an experiment. We decided mutually not to continue with the show," she said.
The Gareth Cliff Show was launched in May. In an attempt to attract a bigger audience, Comedy Central moved its starting time from 7:35am to 6am. This seems to have failed.
Gareth doesn't seem to be to concerned. His agent Rina told us. "Comedy Central doesn't have big numbers."
Ouch.
