Cops called on Charlize for giving her son a time-out

Charlize Theron and the family had some dramz on Thursday when a hiker called the cops on them for possibly mistreating Jackson .

According to TMZ, Charlize and boyfriend Sean Penn were having a picnic in California on Thursday morning with little Jackson threw a tantrum and was given time-out. Jackson caused so much of a scene, screaming and shouting, that a nearby hiker called the cops.

Apparently the hiker was so alarmed by the screaming of Jackson that she decided to record the child screaming. She was spotted by Charlize who told her stay away from him, but not before the hiker called the cops fearing the child was being abused.

The police arrived on the scene and found that Jackson was just upset by being placed on a time-out with no physical contact.

Seems like sometimes not everyone approves of discipline.
