DJ Donald Duck's judgement postponed

Johannesburg- Judgement proceedings in the Donald Sebolai murder trial have been postponed until next Monday.

The former Jozi FM personality, better known as DJ Donald Duck, has been standing trial since June for the killing of his girlfriend, Dolly Tshabalala in her Soweto flat last year.

Judgement proceedings were scheduled to get underway in the South Gauteng High Court in Palm Ridge on Tuesday morning.

The court was filled to capacity by both Dolly and Donald's friends and family, who waited anxiously to hear the court's findings.

It is believed that the court is not ready to deliver the verdict, which means the DJ will have to wait a few more days to hear his fate.

The DJ, who has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, claimed during his testimony that he was trying to disarm Dolly during an argument, when she was stabbed.
