DJ Sbu claims to be a target of a smear campaign

Johannesburg- DJ Sbu has come out fighting against the recent string of newspaper reports about him.

The controversial radio personality and entrepreneur has been hogging headlines for months now.

Every week DJ Sbu finds himself splashed across newspapers and billboards for something or the other. Last Sunday was no different in DJ Sbu's world.

It was reported that DJ Sbu's home, which was showcased on Top Billing, is allegedly a rented property and was not owned by him.

On Monday Sbu took to Instagram where he revealed that he feels that a so-called smear campaign has been created against him to tarnish his credibility in the media. Sbu feels like he's being targeted because he has become a threat to big businesses.

Erm, do you guys think Sbu is onto something?

It is OK for a kid from an ordinary black family in the hood to become what he has become. Long as they employ him & he falls on the E Quadrant (Employment) & doesn't mess with their market share. But this kid is a different type of animal. Being on the E wasn't enough so in his 20's he positioned himself to the S ( Self Employed) Quadrant. He is uncontrollable because he relies on no ones paycheque. He figured that the only way yo create WEALTH is to get to the B (BIG Business) & the I ( Investor) Quadrants. He got sick n tired of being sick n tired & figured he's going to become a producer of his own products rather than only being a consumer. He has created the 1st 100% Black owned energy drink brand in Africa. Which has now become a major threat to big business in SA. Smear campaigns have been created to destroy his credibility in the media. Similar to a Presidential candidate, a certain number of journalists are being paid & he's targeted every other week because he's become a big a threat to big business in the FMCG Sector in SA. He's too dangerous because he is not afraid to speak the truth. Through his education foundation @slef_sa he is enlightening kids from high school level every week on how to create their own brands & become producers while teaching them about his own brand #MoFaya. He's creating his own new breed of future consumers & followers for his own brands who are going to benefit from his business model which genuinely benefits them directly like no other brand has. He's teaching new entrepreneurs & big Bussiness that a new way of doing business in Africa is through Social Entrepreneurship. He elaborates more on his Leadership 2020 Blogs & his upcoming new book #BillionairesUnderConstruction #SocialEntrepreneurshipIsTheFuture #EconomicFreedomInOurLifetime #WeCantBeStopped
