Johannesburg - Talking to Metro FM's Mo Flava on Wednesday, Tira reveals he and his Afrotainment team are struggling to deal with the death of Big Nuz member, R. Mashesha.
"It is so hard. Really, really, really hard. We're just trying so hard to handle what has happened, accept it and just make R. Mashesha proud," Tira says
Tira says that the entire Afrotainment team have united to get behind R. Mashesha's family and pledged their support.
"We've never found ourselves in such a situation, but we're trying to deal with it and it's made us so much closer. Everyone is trying to help out and comfort each other. They are calling us to ask how they can help and see whether we are okay. We all just want to do what's best for him and lay him at his last place of rest," Tira reveals.
Tira says he will always remember the Big Nuz member for his smile and sense of humour.
"Even when he would write and record his rhymes, I would tell him something is missing, you know, that laugh, just to complete the verse like he always does," laughs Tira.
"He would rhyme like he was talking to you. It was so easy for him. He just had a crazy flow and I will always miss him."
Tira also took to instagram to post his own musical tribute to R.Mashesha.
