Crazy Zeff band, Die Antwoord have had to cancel a whole bunch of concert dates in the US after frontman Ninja lost his voice.

The crazy rave-rap duo took to Facebook to announce that their New York show  would be cancelled before returning a couple of hours later to announce that their show in Washingto DC would also be postponed for the same reason.

"NINJAZ voice still fukt. DC show cancelled. gon reschedule. cum bak soon. an fuk shit up fuk. i nvr wantd 2 rap so fkn bad in my hole fkkn life" Ninja wrote on their fan page.

Fans of the band may have been worried that the aliens had got Ninja's voice after the sudden cancellation, but Ninja later explained his voice had decided to leave while leaving the rest of him feeling fine. Weird.

With shows in North Carolina and at the Bonnaroo Festival over the weekend likely to be cancelled, it looks like Ninja will be staying at home wrapped up in blankets and sipping med lemon.

Don't worry Ninja, because of this cold weather, we'll be doing the same.
