Last week it was 5fm's Poppy, this week it's presenter Dineo Moeketsi! It seems everyone in celebville is not only getting healthy for summer, but also showing their health secrets off!
Boity recently posted a bunch of pics of her toned body along with exercise and diet advice. The advice caused such a stir on social media that a few weeks later actress (and sometimes rapper) Pearl Thusi stuck up similar pics mentioning how she was inspired by Boity and her exercise program.
Now it seems, as summer approaches and people want to get that summer bod, other celebs are getting inspired and posting their body secrets. Last week we heard how Poppy only eats avo for breakfast and today we found out that Dineo eats just as little.
Posting to Instagram on Sunday, Dineo wrote "We don't stop until we see results. It's a lifestyle thing." she wrote, alongside a picture of her gym shoes and a healthy breakfast.
" My leg day falls on weekends. My legs feel like jelly but I have to keep trying. Rounded things off with a wheatgrass shot with my gym partner. #LegDay #CantStopWontStop #IWantResults" she added.
We really grateful for all the diet and exercise advice coming from our favourite celebs! Now, if only we could now get the motivation to actually do a damn push up!
