Isn't it sad when your favourite actors leave a show?

Bertha Le Roux, who played Emma on the SABC 2 soapie, is leaving after 12 years. She has reportedly decided to pursue movies and other theatre  opportunities.

The actress has been quoted as saying she's been thinking about leaving for a long time. Although the decision was tough for her, Bertha said she's looking forward to her new chapter. Her last scenes will be aired on 12 December.
