Ex-Generations' actors final bid for justice

The axed Generations actors have filed a court application in a final attempt to get Generations: The Legacy off air.

This is according to City Press, who are reporting that fourteen of the sixteen actors have approached the South Gauteng High Court with claims that the new soapie is "unconstitutional" and "invalid."

What's interesting to note is that Sophie Ndaba and Winnie Ntshaba's names have been withdrawn from the application.

According to their legal representative, Sophie and Winnie have chosen not be included in the application because of current contracts they have in place and because of their other business interests.

Generations creator Mfundi Vundla has labelled the debacle old news and says that the ex-actors should move on with their lives. Ouch!
