Exclusive: Kurt Darren is gonna go rock and roll for a new film project

Remember Stone Cold Jane Austen, the rock  film that local muso, Kurt Darren.

Yup, you heard right. The Afrikaans singer will be making an appearance in a movie about the life of a rock and roll band being promoted by Jon Savage.

Talking exclusively to The Juice, Jon revealed that the project is going well and the team have been able to convince Kurt to join the films cast. "No one actually knows this yet but Kurt Darren will be in the film, we really excited about it" he said.

Kurt will be joining a host of  local celebs in the film,  including; Rob Van Vurren as the bass guitarist of the band, Jack Parow,  Fokofpolisiekar, Die Heuwels Fantasties, Aking, Chris Chameleon, Blk Jks , The Parlotones and Randall Abrahams.
