Fact! Tira's got serious t-shirt troubles

You may, or may not know, that Tira claims to be the brains behind the uber popular Fact Durban Rocks t-shirt range, but now the popular DJ and businessman is going to court over the shirts.

You see Tira, according to Sunday Sun,  has a major issue with Wicked who sell the shirt across Durban and who Tira believes uses the profits from the trademark without his permission. And now he wants them to pay up.

The case was brought before the Durban High Court on Friday but was postponed due to loadshedding.

In court papers, Wicked says they were using the logo before Tira could trademark it, while Tira's representatives say they are in FACT the owners of the trademark.
