Fans go on the rampage after Oskido no-show

Johannesburg - Fans headed to the Mandela Sports Complex in Khayelitsha, Cape Town on Saturday expecting to see Oskido and Busiswa. Instead they were apparently left disappointed and angry as Oskido failed to show up.

The crowd was so angry, according to Daily Sun, that they started attacking the promoter and sound engineer, accusing them of being opportunists and liars.

“People were angry. They started calling me an opportunist and liar because I promised them Oskido, but he did not arrive. They attacked the sound engineers and damaged property,” the events organiser, Thembi Gqirana told the paper.

Thembi says she paid R30 000, and a R6 500 plane ticket, to bring Oskido to the event.

When the paper contacted Kalawa Jazmee, they were told they would pay back the money owed to Thembi.

We wonder if they offered therapy too?
