Fikile Mbalula's moving tribute for Senzo Meyiwa

Sport Minister Fikile Mbalula has paid a touching tribute to Senzo Meyiwa. The late Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana captain's funeral is currently underway at the Moses Mabhida stadium.

Fikile said started off by giving thanks to SAFA president Danny Jordaan for giving Bafana Bafana a South African president. He then described Senzo as a pillar of strength to his Orlando Pirates team mates. "It's not going to be easy," he added.

Fikile spoke about the late star's great soccer career and what he about his achievements. "Many of us didn't think that Senzo would be such a great leader. He's a fighter. He's strong." He said because of Senzo's contribution, Bafana Bafana had become a bunch of winners.

He ensured South Africans that Senzo's killers would be found.
