Flabba's friends: "He wanted a future with Sindi"

Flabba's friends have revealed that the rapper was planning to pay lobola for Sindi Manqele.

Instead he was buried by the same friends who he apparently spoke to about the future.

It's been two weeks since news of the Skwatta Kamp rapper's death shocked the entire entertainment industry. Since then his girlfriend Sindi has been charged with his death and has been released on bail.

Flabba's friends and family are obviously still struggling to come to terms with his sudden death.

Some of them spoke to Drum magazine about conversations they had with Flabba recently.

"He loved that girl and he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her," said a friend, who asked to remain anonymous.

The friend added that even though Flabba was legally married to his first wife, Mpho, he didn't pay lobola for her or have a ceremony but wanted to do things right with Sindi.

"He loved Sindi with all his heart. He loved her and died at the hands of the woman he loved , a woman who was supposed to protect him," Flabba's uncle, Nqaba Xulu told the mag.

Meanwhile, Sindi is set to appear in court on 13 May where a trial date is expected to be set.
