Johannesburg - Actor Seputla Sebogodi's old car is STILL giving him a headache!
The actor, who played the role of Kenneth Mashaba on Generations, was apparently involved in a hijacking in 2006. But police are disputing this, insisting that Septula's car was actually stolen.
According Sunday Sun, he has been visiting the police regularly to check if anyone has found his missing car, but the case was closed in November 2006, only a month after the incident.
To add fuel to the fire, police are now saying they think Seputla's car was not hijacked as claimed, while an insider claims that Seputla did not tell his wife about the incident because the car that was stolen was supposed to be part of the divorce settlement.
But Seputla is sticking to his guns insisting that his white Beemer was taken from him at gunpoint.
"I was hijacked at gunpoint. Are you saying I stole my own car? Why didn't the cops arrest me, if that was the case?" he said.
If he's is really serious about finding his car, it might help to start looking at the nearest chop shop and not the cop shop...
