Generations: The Legacy will go on...

The fired Generations actors are not letting this one go!

According to reports, the 16 former cast members have warned Mfundi Vundla that if Generations: The Legacy airs this evening, they will go to court to stop the show from airing any more episodes.

Mfundi confirmed to City Press that he knew about the threats of legal action. But the producer and creator of the show was adamant that the soapie will air tonight. "I am aware of the planned legal action, but the show will go on because we have a contract with the SABC, not the actors," he told the paper.  SABC spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago confirmed to City Press there were no plans to pull the plug on Generations The Legacy.

He said: "I have heard stories that the actors plan to get an interdict against the SABC, but we have nothing official from them."
