Johannesburg - Popular beat boxer and rapper George Avakian is recovering after a recent health scare that saw him rushed to hospital with exhaustion.
George was released from hospital on Thursday morning and soon after posted a message to his Instagram account sharing the lessons his horror experience taught him.
"Discharged and ready to go, ladies and gents please don't forget to rest, eat well and exercise, your hard work is pointless if you aren't focused. I always tend to over work, but it's moments like these I realize how important some down time is," George admits.
