Here's how to get your cash bacK... Tribe One Festival refund deets!

Event organisers' have released a statement on the procedure that needs to be followed for refunds.

If you are among the thousands of people who bought tickets, here's how you can get your money back:

1.Anyone who bought tickets through Computicket website, Computicket mobisite, Computicket Deals website and TICKETS THAT HAVE NOT YET BEEN COLLECTED can contact the call centre on 0861 915 8000 for a refund to the card used for payment.

2.Tickets bought via any Computicket, Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper and selected House and Home must return their tickets to any of the outlets. For every ticket handed in, you will receive your refund.

3.Tickets bought via the TribeOne website can direct their refund request to:
