Hlubi Mboya gives back

Johannesburg - There's no doubt that Hlubi Mboya is one busy lady. Besides all of her on-screen roles, she's also planning her own wedding.

But that doesn't mean that she doesn't make time to give back.

Hlubi recently spent time with children for the #Pledgeyourplate and #AddHope campaign.

"Sometimes I feel completely overwhelmed by the sight of hungry children everywhere. Not just hungry for food, but hungry for life, opportunity and destiny. At times I would feel guilty for all that I have. Then I realised I was not doing the kids any favours by being weak. I kept getting angry at these injustices until I couldn't think straight. I took a deep breath and focussed on how I can help. I discovered I was useful as a person."
