In pictures: Flabba bail hearing

Murder-accused Sindisiwe Manqele appeared in the Alexandra magistrates court on this morning for her bail hearing.

Only family members and friends were admitted into the packed court room gallery to observe the proceedings, many staring deep in thought throughout the proceedings. This while dozens of police looked on.

Outside hundreds gathered outside the locked court gates waiting for news of the verdict.
