Is Menzi Ngubane joining Rhythm City?

Rumour has it that the axed Generations actor will be joining Rhythm City.

This is according to Drum magazine, who has been tipped off by reliable sources. If this does turn out to be true, one things for sure viewers are in for a whole lot more scheming  and deceit.

Sources revealed to the mag that producers of the show want to beef up the story line by bringing new characters to life.

"Menzi is very talented and Rhythm City will be number one with him on board. They are hoping to win more hearts with this move," the insider said.

However, makers of the soapie would not confirm the news. "We have a long list of new exciting chracters in development but have not made any final decisions. We will send out an alert once everything is finalised," said etv's communications manager Matlapulana Ragoasha.
