Isibaya actor Mjosty Mbhele was no doubt celebrating the show's success at the Royalty Soapie Awards this past weekend, but he has even more to celebrate than anyone else.
The actor, who plays the role of Qhawe on the popular soapie, was involved in an incident recently which almost cost him his life and left him and his wife traumatised.
According to Sunday Sun, Mjosty was parking near his former friend and business colleague, Jabulani Bhengu, when Jabulani apparently pulled a gun out and threatened to shoot him.
"Jabulani started hurling insults and Mjosty was so scared that he nearly sh*t himself," a source told the paper.
"During the commotion, people thought Jabulani was going to blow Majosty's brains out," continues the source.
Jabulani confirmed that he was in Pietermaritzburg at the time of the incident, but denies the allegations strongly.
Mjosty has in the meantime been granted a protection order against Jabulani and says he "would be dead" if it wasn't for the help of a security guard who rescued him.
Give that guard a bells!
